Rev. Dr. Michael Woroniewicz (Father Mike) is a priest In Solidum and Moderator of the Family of Parishes - Monroe 1. He came to Divine Grace after serving as Rector of SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary in Orchard Lake, Michigan, where he had been an adjunct professor of preaching and liturgy since 2006. Fr. Mike has served as pastor of St. Gabriel Catholic Parish in Ida/Dundee, and is currently the vicar for the Monroe Vicariate. Ordained in 1985, Father Mike has earned a Master of Divinity degree from St. John Provincial Seminary, a Master of Arts degree in Liturgy from the University of Notre Dame, and a Doctor of Ministry in Preaching degree from Aquinas Institute of Theology. Fr. Mike is dedicated to good preaching and liturgy, as the Sunday Eucharist is the summit and source of our life as Catholic Christians.
Rev. Mr. Tracy M. Esper (Deacon Tracy) was ordained a permanent deacon for the Archdiocese of Detroit in October 2017. Prior to his assignment at Divine Grace, he served at St. Michael the Archangel in Monroe. Deacon Tracy has been married to his wife, Crysti, for 20+ years, and is a Catholic Spiritual Guide at Milan Federal Prison. He graduated from Monroe Catholic Central, and holds an associates degree in Accounting from Cleary University; a Bachelor degree in Pastoral Theology, Diploma in Pastoral Ministry, and a Diploma in Diaconal Studies from Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. Receiving the Sacraments
BaptismFamilies wishing to baptize their children at Divine Grace need to connect with the parish office at least one month prior to the desired date. Prior to Baptism, you must participate in a Baptism Preparation Workshop and you must be a registered member of the parish. Families may choose to schedule a Baptism within Mass performed by Fr. Mike, or outside of Mass performed by Deacon Tracy.
EucharistWe offer opportunities to receive communion at all of our Masses. If you or someone you know is homebound* or hospitalized within our parish boundaries and would like to receive Communion, please call our office to make arrangements at 734-654-2500.
ConfirmationIf you are Confirmation-seeking adult who is a member of Divine Grace parish, please connect with Tim Bolster, Director of Religious Education at DRE@divinegraceparish.com to discuss your sacramental needs.

Confession/ReconciliationThe sacrament is offered on Saturday from 3:00-3:30 pm in Carleton, or by appointment at either parish site. Appointments may be scheduled through the parish office at 734-654-2500 or divinegraceparish@ yahoo.com
MarriageWe take weddings, marriage preparation, and marriage support very seriously and joyfully at Divine Grace. Either the bride or groom must be a registered member at Divine Grace for at least six months prior to meeting with Fr. Mike . Holy OrdersAnyone interested in pursuing a religious vocation is welcome to have some conversations with Fr. Mike. Simply call the parish office to speak to someone about making an appointment.
Anointing of the SickArrangements may be made for Fr. Mike to visit hospital or home to provide the sacrament. Contact the office at 734-654-2500 to arrange a visit.
